"Leadership Lessons From Lasso" presented by Leading Edge and Snap! Mobile
As high school leaders, we all have a coaching style that comes naturally to us. “Be true to yourself” and “you do you” are common mantras in our culture. They aren’t wrong, but what if they aren’t fully right either?

How can we ever improve at something if we never learn to change? What can we do to become better versions of ourselves for our student athletes? How do we as leaders improve?

In “Leadership Lessons From Lasso,” Kevin Broene, owner and operator of Grit Leadership for Educational Athletics, pulls lessons from the fan-favorite, seven-time Emmy Award-winning series "Ted Lasso" that will inspire you to think differently about leadership.

Kevin will reference popular moments from the show, walking you through each example as he challenges — and strengthens — your natural leadership style for the benefit of those you lead.
